Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their travel-related issues.
Provide accurate and timely information on flight schedules, fares, and availability to customers.
Book air tickets using Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre systems for various routes and destinations.
Ensure seamless communication with clients by providing excellent customer service skills.
