Job Description

7+ years of experience and certificationin Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Compensation & Benefits Module.
Must haveexperience of two or more life cycle implementations of Oracle Cloud HCMWorkforce Compensation & Benefits Module.
Must have a strong track recordof delivering Oracle Cloud HCM Workforce Compensation, including extensiveexperience in the areas of business process analysis, requirement definitionand solution design.
Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Workforce Compensation Defining Salary & Base Pay, Individual Compensation, workforce Compensation& Total Compensation Statements.
Configure approval workflows forCompensation business processes.
Should be able to write fast formulas forCompensation.
Supporting data migration activities.
Assist the integration teamto build, configure and test integrations between HCM and third party/customsolutions.
Stay up to date with Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation updates andenhancements, assess their impact on existing processes, recommend andimplement system improvements.
Expertise in configurations, Personalizations,Fusion role based security, HCM Data Loader (HDL), BI Publisher Reports, HCMExtracts, Workflows and approval configuration, Fast Farmulas.
Knowledge onatom feeds, Rest APIs.Secondary Skills: Knowledge on Oracle HCM Global Human resources/ Core HR module.
Good to Have Skills: Good communication and collaboration skills, Analytical & Problem solvingskills.

Techno-Functional Core HR Technical-5+Years

Oracle Core (workforce structures), OracleCompensation

  • You will be part of implementing a revised job architecture in Oracle Core toensure a better granularity in our data
  • You will help the team to configureOracle to support the blue print of our new job architecture, and to findsolutions to where the business requirements is not easily transferrable intoOracle Best practice
  • You will be part of configuring basic elements in OracleCompensation in order for us to test whether the business requirements arefeasible within Oracle Compensation

Techno-Functional-Compensation Module-60:40-7+ years

Oracle Core (workforce structures), OracleCompensation

  • You will be part of implementing a revised job architecture in Oracle Core toensure a better granularity in our data
