Your day at work will be like (Roles & Responsibilities)


  • Serving as the first point of contact for customers, seeking technical assistance over the phone or email on shift basis (24/7 Support Operations)
  • Taking ownership of customer issue and performing remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
  • Determining the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.
  • Incident Management through IT Service desk (ServiceNow) Incident Assigning & Categorization,
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
  • Provide accurate information on services to customers.
  • Follow-up and update customer status and information
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures.
  • Proficiency in English
  • Excellent communication skills

This job might be for you if you have the following skills (Skills, Experience)


  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field, or relevant work experience
  • 6 months - 1 year Experience as ServiceDesk engineer.
  • Incident management and ServiceDesk process understanding.
  • Application Support- Providing solutions for Applications and software troubleshooting.
  • Active Directory Management - User ID Unlock, OU Movement, ID Creation
  • Software Installation/Uninstallation
