What would you do
The primary role is to gather a good understanding of the end to end lead management process and various tools and platforms involved in the process. You will need to collaborate with the program manager and the reporting analytics team to optimize the existing reporting infrastructure and also share insights with the client teams on how the various platforms can be improved.You will also be responsible for processing reports and analyzing the data to showcase the insights in the form of presentations or reports for WBRs and QBRs. You may also be required to present the process to leadership and clients in different forums.Your role requires following responsibilities -Understand the end to end lead generation and management processUnderstand the business requirement for analytics and formulate approach by identifying key datasets, various assumptions, methodology to be used and deliverablesUse business understanding to derive actionable insights from these analysisPresent the analysis in crisp and clear manner using powerful visualizationsAbility to work independently while liaising with the client / onshore leads and offshore Project Manager to ensure seamless deliveryUpdate SOPs and other process documents if required whenever there is a changeSupport, guide and mentor other team members in scoping and framing of the analytics requests and provide technical / business guidanceConstantly evolve people, process and technology, with a sharp focus on quality/accuracy, speed, and automation Build credibility of Accenture with the client resulting in exponential expansion of the team Build Reports and presentations for business reviewDrive strategic and tactical decisions which ensures the successful delivery of projects.
  • Drive projects and coordinate inter-dependencies across teams on delivering to plan. Be a change agent:Identifying and implementing ways to improve processes and remove bottlenecks to systematically improve how we deliver value to our customers. Effectively handle change and risk, collaborate with colleagues to ensure the right decisions are made at the right time, appropriate communication occurs, and plans are intelligently adjusted to reflect vital fluctuations in goals and requirements. Handle statusWhat are we looking for6-8 years of data analysis experience using various statistical methods and data exploratory techniques6-8 years of industry experience in Lead Management. Integration of leads data across the data management platformsStrong command over key methodologies such as hypothesis validation, regression analysis (multiple & logit),clustering analysis, optimization techniques Hands-on experience in data visualization using various toolsIn depth knowledge of SQL, creating dashboard and visualizationsStrong communication (oral and written) and presentation skillsProven ability of leading team of analystsExperience in Salesforce is a plusExperience working with enterprise level client accounts Excel expertPresentation and Story tellingMastery of data management techniques Excellent communication skills Excellent command of written English and grammar Good interpersonal relationship skills Experience of working in a IT/Telecom/Technology/Mobile App Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems Typically creates new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures The person requires understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor or team leads Generally interacts with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture The person should require minimal guidance when determining methods and procedures on new assignments Decisions often impact the team in which they reside and occasionally impact other teams Individual would manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shiftsQualificationBCA,Any Graduation,Bachelors in Economics
