Designation: Associate Architect
Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore
Mode of Work: Hybrid (3 days WFO)
Educational Qualification: BE / MCA / Any Master degree in Computer Science
Description of Role
- Develops Salesforce.com platform modules, dashboards, interfaces, and database functions with VisualForce, and the Apex coding language
- Understand and utilize Salesforce strategies the technical standards, specifications and policies that are supported within the Salesforce ecosystem
Experience with Salesforce.com Governor limits, Lightning UI, Apex, and performance optimisation - Leading and ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other marketing related implementation engagements from a technical standpoint
Integrate multiple technologies with Salesforce Marketing Cloud - Architect, design, and develop advanced customizations utilizing Salesforce Marketing cloud
- Mentor junior team members in Marketing Cloud technology, Integration Technologies, and Salesforce best practices
- Lead the technical planning & requirements gathering phases for Salesforce projects
Lead Salesforce development team in developing solutions through collaboration and discussion, within our teams and with clients - Designs and implements business technology solutions for Nonprofit and Higher Education customers, focused on cloud-based business applications, specifically, Salesforce.com
Primary (Must have skills)*
Strong understanding of Salesforce Architecture, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
- Great knowledge LWC
- Great hands-on experience in Apex, VisualForce
- Experience with Salesforce APIs and integrations.
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development, Design
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as Dev Team Architect.
- Proven experience leading and managing a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.
- Knowledge of data modeling and database design principles.
- Experience with Salesforce security and compliance best practices.
- Customer facing experience, crisp & proficient communication (written & verbal)
- Experience in Commercial IT & Pharma Sales domain (Key ask for the position)
Analytical thinking and solution oriented mindset
Secondary Skills
Salesforce Administrator and Developer certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Platform Architect).
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Fluent in English speaking and writing
