 Key Account Manager

Job Description

  • Drive sales in accounts to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Driving net new business in untapped customers and geographies.
  • Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement.
  • Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts.
  • Conduct training needs assessments with customers.
  • Assist customers in identifying use cases for priority adoption of Learning Services as well as best practice implementations.
  • Evangelize SATV and Certification at Customers.
  • Develop detailed training proposals and plans to accelerate the adoption of Emerging technologies
  • Maintain a strong relationship with customers to ensure flawless execution of training plans.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline updates.
  • Prepare and deliver business reviews to senior management.
  • Create & articulate compelling value propositions around Synergetics Learning Services.
  • Analyze sales/metrics data from your accounts to help evolve your strategy.
  • When appropriate, work with partners to manage joint selling opportunities.
  • Execution of effective Sales Campaigns
Qualifications
  • BE, BSc IT, MSc IT, MBA (desirable)
  • 4+ years in IT Solution sales.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Decent emerging technology orientation
  • Good presentation, interpersonal, and selling skills
  • Pleasing personality and willingness to actively listen and understand.
  • Must be target driven. Must have a deep desire to work and succeed in a growing organization with total commitment
  • Ability to handle work load and work pressure
  • Willingness to travel
