Production Manager @ Apptad

Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Look from FMCG background/ anyone from food industry like Parle, Britannia, Nestl, ITC etc.

• Plan, organize, and control production activities to meet daily/weekly/monthly targets.
  Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
  Supervise and lead the production team, including line supervisors, operators, and workers.
  Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to optimize productivity.
  Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain departments to ensure smooth operations.
  Ensure compliance with GMP, GHP, HACCP, and FSSAI standards throughout the production process.
  Maintain proper documentation including production reports, downtime logs, and quality checklists.
  Oversee machine performance, coordinate preventive maintenance, and minimize breakdowns.
  Ensure proper training and development of the production staff.
  Manage inventory of raw materials, packaging materials, and production consumables.
  Participate in audits (internal and external) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
