Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant-(Functional/Consulting) @ Accenture

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute marketing strategies using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to drive customer engagement, loyalty, and conversion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement campaigns across multiple channels, including email, mobile, social media, and web.
• Analyze campaign performance data to optimize future marketing efforts and improve ROI.
• Provide technical support for SFMC implementation projects from planning through execution.

Job Requirements :

• 3-9 years of experience in strategy consulting or a related field with expertise in SFMC.
• Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies that drive business results.
• Strong understanding of Hubspot, Pardot, Eloqua or similar tools; ability to learn new platforms quickly.
• Salesforce certification or equivalent experience working with CRM systems.
