Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in backend development using Node.js and proficiency in frontend development using various technologies. As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications, ensuring high performance, security, and usability.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust backend solutions using Node.js with Express.js
- Design and implement responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using a variety of frontend technologies
- Good knowledge of High Level System Design Low Level System Design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Implement security and data protection measures
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, and provide timely resolutions
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 2.5 - 4 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
- Strong proficiency in backend development using Node.js, Express.js Typescript
- Experience with frontend development using various technologies (e.g., JavaScript, Typescript, HTML, CSS, React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.)
- Work with Microservice Event driven architecture, scale system using Rabit MQ/ Kafka/ Bull MQ. Redis.
- Architect, Design and implement GraphQL APIs ensuring performance, scalability Security.
- Solid understanding of web development principles and best practices
- Experience with database systems such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL,
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services
- Knowledge of containerization technology such as Docker Kubernetes
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
- Proficiency in using Jira, Confluence Gitlab Bitbucket.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Lead the architecture and development of scalable, performant, and maintainable front-end applications.
- Drive the adoption of modern front-end frameworks and technologies, ensuring best practices in React.js and Next.js.
- Optimize applications for Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, FID) to ensure high performance and superior user experience.
- Collaborate with designers and UX teams to implement seamless, accessible, and visually appealing interfaces.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Knowledge of DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with SOLID Principle agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban
- Integrate third-party headless CMS (Contentful) and personalization engines (Algolia, Cloudinary, Talon.One and Segment).
