Job Description
Role & responsibilities
1) Design and Development of AI Agents: Create and implement AI agents capable of perceiving their environment, making decisions, and executing actions with minimal human intervention. This involves developing algorithms and models that enable agents to learn and adapt over time.
2) Enterprise Orchestration and Management: Oversee the integration and coordination of AI agents within the organization's existing systems and processes. Ensure that AI solutions align with business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
3) Governance and Compliance: Establish and enforce governance frameworks to ensure AI agents operate within defined policies and regulations. Monitor compliance and implement best practices to maintain system integrity and security.
4) Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to align AI solutions with organizational goals and user needs.
5) Implementation of Machine Learning Models: Develop and deploy machine learning models that enable AI agents to process data, recognize patterns, and make informed decisions.
6) Monitoring and Maintenance: Oversee the performance of AI agents, ensuring they operate effectively and efficiently. This includes troubleshooting issues, optimizing performance, and updating systems as needed.
Primary Skills:
- Technical expertise in AI and machine learning, strong problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- 8-12 Years of experience in AI-related roles, with a strong focus on OpenAI technology.
Proven experience as a Data Scientist/AI researcher with expertise in machine learning and data science. - Research: Stay updated on the latest developments in OpenAI technology, best practices, and emerging capabilities.
- Proof of Concept: Participate in the development of proof-of-concept projects to explore the feasibility of OpenAI solutions.
