Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage primary sales through dealers & distributors, ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.
  
• Develop strong relationships with builders, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders in the industry.
  
• Identify new business opportunities and negotiate deals that meet customer needs while maximizing company profits.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues related to product quality, pricing, and availability.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-7 years of experience in channel sales or project sales in the building material industry.
  
• Strong understanding of B2B/B2C sales principles and practices.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective negotiation with customers at all levels.
