Module Lead / Technical Lead - Dotnet Full Stack + Azure @ WinWire

Job Description

Primary Skills (Must have experience):

1. 6 to 8+ years of experience in software development with .NET Core / .NET 6+, C#, ASP.NET, Web API, and Entity Framework Core.
2. 4+ years of experience in front-end development using Angular, React, or Vue.js.
3. 3+ years of experience in designing microservices-based and serverless architectures.
4. 4+ years of experience with Azure cloud services, including Azure Functions, Azure App Services, Azure Storage. Azure Service Bus / Event Grid, Azure Key Vault and Azure Monitor / Application Insights
5. Experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes or Azure Kubernetes Service - AKS).
6. Strong command of DevOps practices and tools (CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, etc.).
7. Solid experience with relational and NoSQL databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Cosmos DB).
8. Good experience on RESTful APIs
9. Experience leading an Agile software team, including mentoring and project leadership
10. Experience in HTML5, CSS3, jQuery and JSON, Bootstrap
11. Deep understanding of Software Design Principles and Software Design Patterns
12. 3+ years of experience in unit testing using xUnit, NUnit, etc
13. Exposure to Protractor/Karma/Jasmine

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the end-to-end development of full stack applications using .NET Core / .NET 6+, C#, and modern front-end frameworks.
2. Design and implement microservices-based solutions hosted on Azure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
3. Drive the technical roadmap and set coding standards, best practices, and development workflows.
4. Mentor and guide engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and hands-on collaboration.
5. Integrate services using RESTful APIs, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, and Event Grid.
6. Lead the design of software using abstraction, low coupling, high cohesion, modularization, encapsulation, information hiding, interfaces, and separation of concerns
7. Analyze and estimate non-functional software requirements
8. Contribute to system software architecture development and future projects by working with Architects
9. Monitor and optimize application performance, reliability, and security.
10. Ensure best practices of Test-Driven Design and the use of autonomous frameworks and Continuous Integration
11. Mentor the team members
12. Design, implement, and maintain unit tests using frameworks like xUnit, NUnit, etc
13. Develop and execute comprehensive system test plans to validate the complete and integrated software product
