Matter Expert (sme) Dynamics 365 Trainer Erp & Crm @ Synergetics Learning

• Deliver Training:   Provide engaging and interactive training sessions for Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM certification courses.
• Develop Course Material:   Create, update, and maintain training materials, presentations, and hands-on lab exercises.
• Assess Learner Progress:   Evaluate learners' understanding through assessments and provide constructive feedback.
• Support & Mentorship:   Act as a mentor to learners, guiding them through certification preparation and practical applications.
• Stay updated:   Keep abreast of the latest updates and features in Dynamics 365 and adapt training content accordingly.
• Tailored Training Solutions:   Customize training programs to meet specific client or organizational needs.

Qualifications:

• Certifications:
  • Relevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications, including those listed above.
• Experience:
  • Proven experience as a trainer or instructor in Dynamics 365 ERP and CRM modules.
  • Practical experience in implementing and managing Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Skills:
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and instructional design skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners with varied skill levels.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

Preferred:

• Experience in training delivery through both virtual and in-person settings.
• Familiarity with e-learning platforms and digital training tools.
• Experience in consulting or project implementation in Dynamics 365 environments
