Salesforce Developer / Lead @ Bangalore - Hybrid @ Intel

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement scalable and reusable solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Work on a variety of internal projects supporting different business units and functions.

Develop custom applications using Apex, LWC, Triggers, and other Salesforce tools.

Manage and configure the platform using Salesforce admin capabilities.

Integrate Salesforce with other internal systems using REST/SOAP APIs or middleware tools.

Use CI/CD tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Copado, Gearset) to support version control and deployment automation.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.

Ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and administration.

Proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL/SOSL.

Experience working on a variety of Salesforce projects across different domains or business units.

Familiarity with integration techniques, using APIs and tools like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.

Experience with CI/CD and version control tools.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Good communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience with Salesforce DX and unlocked packages.

Platform Developer I certification (Developer II or Admin cert is a plus).

Knowledge of agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Azure DevOps.

Familiarity with data migration and backup tools (Data Loader, Workbench, etc.)
