Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their concerns and provide timely solutions.
  • Provide accurate and efficient resolutions to customers' issues related to products/services offered by the company.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism while interacting with customers, ensuring excellent communication skills.
  • Meet performance targets set for call handling time, first-call resolution rate, and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical support) to resolve complex customer issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-2 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment or similar industry.
  • Excellent English language proficiency (spoken & written).
  • Strong understanding of domestic BPO processes such as Inbound/Outbound calling, Voice Processing, Telecalling, Voice Support
