Test Lead @ Exavalu

• Lead and manage the end-to-end UI testing effort across projects.
  

• Design, review, and execute detailed test cases based on functional and UI requirements.
  

• Perform thorough defect tracking and reporting, ensuring timely closure with development teams.
  

• Participate in requirement analysis and provide test estimates and strategies.
  

• Act as a single point of contact for customer communications, including status updates, clarifications, and defect discussions.
  

• Drive the adoption and implementation of test automation using any standard tool (eg, Selenium, UFT, Cypress).
  

• Mentor and guide junior QA team members in best practices and quality standards.

Requirements

• Strong experience in UI testing, with a deep understanding of UI/UX principles.
  
• Hands-on experience in test automation using any tool (eg, Selenium, TestComplete, Cypress).
  
• Excellent knowledge of test case design techniques, test execution, and defect reporting.
  
• Proven ability to manage and lead QA efforts across multiple workstreams.
  
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to independently manage customer interactions.
  
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
