Handling queries from the customer, facing any kind of issues
Resolving them with utmost efficiency
Handle customer by calling them in the shortest possible span of time( call me back process)
candidates should be polite and empathetic
general keywords of the customer support should be known.
Communicate actionable customer feedback with the relevant team.
Should have a positive attitude towards work and should have the zeal to perform.
Requirements:
Good command over English is mandatory, both verbal and written.
Flexible to work in 24*7 shifts.
6days working with one rotational week off.
Candidate should be comfortable to work in night shifts.
Candidate's communication should be free from grammatical errors and no major MTI should be there.
