Role Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Sales Executive to promote and sell our range of certified organic food products. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals eager to start their career in sales within the organic food sector.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and distributors.
  • Product Presentation & Promotion: Effectively communicate the benefits and features of our organic products to potential clients.
  • Sales Target Achievement: Work towards meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Order Management: Assist in processing orders and ensuring timely delivery of products to clients.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.

Qualifications

  • Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0 to 1 year of experience in sales; freshers with a keen interest in the organic food industry are encouraged to apply.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
    • Basic knowledge of CRM software and sales tracking tools.
    • Understanding of the organic food industry and its regulations is a plus.
