Job Description

An Audio Video Conference Room Technician is responsible for setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting audiovisual equipment in conference rooms. Their role ensures seamless communication and presentations during meetings and events.

Key Responsibilities

• Setup & Installation: Install and configure microphones, speakers, video screens, projectors, and recording equipment.
• Operation & Troubleshooting: Ensure proper functioning of AV systems, diagnose issues, and resolve technical problems.
• Maintenance: Perform routine checks and minor repairs on AV equipment.
• Event Support: Assist in live meetings, webinars, and video conferences by managing sound and video feeds.
• Collaboration: Work with IT teams and event planners to meet specific AV requirements.
• Training & Documentation: Provide guidance to users on AV system operation and maintain records of equipment usage.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with AV systems, including video conferencing platforms.
• Knowledge of digital signage, sound mixing, and lighting setups.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure during live events.
• Certifications like CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) are a plus.

Good Communication skills.
