Job Description
What Youll Do:
- Design and develop advanced Android applications using Kotlin and/or Java.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- Participate in architectural reviews and tech planning discussions.
- Mentor and support junior developers through code reviews and knowledge sharing.
What You Know:
- Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of Android development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Kotlin (Java is a plus).
- Deep understanding of Android SDK, Jetpack components (e.g., Navigation, ViewModel, LiveData, Room).
- Experience with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.
- Strong understanding of design patterns such as MVVM/MVI.
- Familiarity with modern development tools (Android Studio, Gradle, Git).
- Experience with third-party libraries and APIs (Retrofit, Glide, Coroutines, etc.).
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
- Experience with Google Play Store deployment and release management.
Education:
- Bachelor s or master s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
