Learning & Development Coordinator - Backfill @ Nisum

What Youll Do:

• Implement training programs.


• Develop training materials and resources using AI


• Coordinate and schedule training sessions.


• Managing Calendar for LD


• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.


• Maintain training records and prepare reports.


• Collaborate with department heads to ensure training are delivered per the plan


• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in employee development.


• Facilitate training sessions and workshops.


• Provide support and guidance to employees during training.


• Monitor and assess the progress of trainees.


• Ensure compliance with training regulations and standards.


• Coordinate with external training providers.


• Promote a culture of continuous learning within the organization.


• Support the onboarding process for new employees.

What You Know:

• A Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development.


• Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles and AI


• Excellent organizational and project management skills.


• Proficient in Microsoft Office and e-learning software.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.


• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).


• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.


• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.


• Knowledge of training evaluation methods.


• Strong problem-solving skills.


• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.


• Ability to travel as needed. Certification in training and development is a plus.


• Experience in a corporate environment is preferred.

Education:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Education, or related field.
