Role Summary:
Juego Studio seeks a dynamic and experienced Graphic Designer to take ownership of website design and enhance the corporate visual identity. The role involves creating and editing visual materials while adhering to graphic design principles and ensuring alignment with brand guidelines. The ideal candidate will produce imaginative and engaging designs for various internal and external communication channels, working effectively within a team and independently to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
Visual Identity and Branding:
Take charge of the visual aspects of the website and other digital platforms, ensuring all design elements are cohesive and align with the brand s identity.
Tasks: Develop branding materials, update and maintain brand guidelines, create logo designs, and standardize color schemes.
Design Production:
Create high-quality visual content for both print and digital media, from concept to completion, including layout design, image selection, and content integration.
Tasks: Produce graphics for website banners, promotional materials, corporate presentations, and advertising campaigns.
Collaboration and Project Management:
Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to conceptualize and execute designs that effectively communicate brand messages and meet commercial objectives.
Tasks: Participate in brainstorming sessions, provide design insights, and manage multiple design projects to ensure timely delivery.
Quality Control and Innovation:
Ensure all design projects adhere to professional standards and brand consistency through meticulous attention to detail and adherence to established design principles.
Tasks: Review and approve designs before publication, stay updated with the latest design trends and technologies, and incorporate innovative design solutions.

Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other design software.
Creative Vision: Ability to translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies.
Attention to Detail: Excellent eye for detail, ensuring high standards of visual design.

Design Principles: Strong understanding of graphic design elements, color theory, typography, and layout principles.
