Strategic Account Manager - Cisco OEM Relationship
Department: Cisco Sales
Location: Hyderabad or Bangalore
Experience Required: 8+ years
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Strategic Account Manager to lead and grow our relationship with Cisco as an OEM partner. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise sales, strategic account management, and navigating complex partner ecosystems. This role is critical to driving business growth and ensuring alignment between our organization and Cisco s global strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic account plan to grow the Cisco OEM partnership.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all Cisco-related engagements.
  • Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships within Cisco.
  • Identify new joint opportunities, co-sell motions, and align with internal teams to drive execution.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reporting on pipeline, forecasts, and results.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and delivery teams to support joint go-to-market (GTM) initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with Cisco s partner programs, processes, and operational requirements.
  • Represent the company at Cisco events, conferences, and joint business reviews.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree; MBA is a plus.
  • 8+ years of experience in strategic account management, enterprise sales, or partner/channel sales, preferably in the IT or networking industry.
  • Deep understanding of Cisco s OEM business model and ecosystem.
  • Proven track record in building and managing complex partner relationships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with or within Cisco or other OEMs.
  • Knowledge of networking, cloud, or infrastructure technologies.
  • Ability to travel as needed between Hyderabad, Bangalore, and other Cisco locations.
