Job description
Looking for a Desktop Support Engineer who has experience in Windows environment.
Skillset:
Outlook Configuration, Printers and Scanners management & troubleshooting, Outlook email troubleshooting, Active directory, DHCP, DNS [Basics] and ticketing tool experience
Should be able to handle VIP users and good communication in English is mandate.
Ticketing tool: Manage engine(Preferred) any other tools also considered
Experience- 1 to 4 Years
Locations - Sakinaka - Mumbai
Timings- General Shift
Working Days - Monday to Saturday (6 Days)
