Role Purpose
As Project Analyst, you will be involved in the day to day activities of the PMO, providing guidance on PMO policies and processes, overseeing project performance and collaborating with other department to develop projects and programs including providing project financial data (Budget and actuals
What will you do?
- Collaborating with functional department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects.
- Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables
- Analysing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
- Overseeing the progress of project and ensuring that PMs are following the time reporting efficiently as per process while upholding the company's policy.
- Drafting new and improving existing project management office policies and processes.
- Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines.
- Accurately documenting the project's creation and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.
- Providing financial reports and budget outlines.
- Understanding methodology of projects and workflow process
- Daily operational activity of project management tool
- Budget efforts monitoring and reporting - Evaluate and track schedule & efforts performance and report for any deviation to PM and PMO
- Tool Management including data extraction and reporting
- Operational Support - Queries, doubts etc
- Vendor Management for project tool related
What do you need to know?
- Project Management Professional (Prince, PMP) Certification may be advantageous.
- B.E (IT) with minimum 1 year of experience in project management
- Proven experience in the industry
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to details and technicalities.
- Excellent organizational and technical skills.
- Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
