Interview Location : Excellon Software 4th Floor, AG Trade Center, NDA Pashan Road, Ram Nagar, Bavdhan, Pune 411021

Job Title : Customer Success / Go to Market

Job Location - Pune or remote. May have to spend a few days in Pune for training (Willing to Travel)

Total Experience :0.6 -2 Yrs

Qualification - Bachelors degree in mechanical or automobile or automotive engineering or BBA or MBA (Marketing / Logistics / Operations / Supply Chain)

Preferred Candidates- Male


Note: Only candidates who have completed their education and are willing extensively to travel across India will be considered.


JOB SUMMARY


We are looking for Customer Success Executive / Go-To-Market (GTM) to engage with customers through on field visits, promote Excellon brand, collect feedback & Testimonials, and enhance customer experience. The selected interns will play a key role in customer outreach, service follow-ups, and relationship-building by visiting customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring satisfaction with our products and services.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Candidate should have willingness to travel anywhere across state/ India.
  • Visit customers at their locations (workshops/showrooms) as assigned.
  • Collect Testimonial / feedback on services, resolve queries, and provide necessary support.
  • Document customer interactions.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and escalate complex issues when required.
  • Maintain professionalism and represent the brand positively during visits.

EXPERIENCE / SKILLS:

  • Prior experience in customer service, sales, or field marketing.
  • Candidates who have worked in Automotive or Electronic Vehicles industry in Sales / Service / Marketing roles.
  • Must be comfortable with frequent travel across India.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for face-to-face interactions.
  • Confidence in meeting and engaging with customers in person.
  • Basic knowledge of the automotive industry would be plus however not a constraint or willingness to learn.
  • Good problem-solving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to document customer feedback and insights accurately
