Attendance & leave management
Oversee the administration of employee benefits, complete ownership of compensation, and payroll processes.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations and provide guidance to employees on HR-related matters.
What You Know:
Should have 3+ years of experience in HR in a reputed organization
Creating Data dashboard on different aspects of Employee life cycle, payroll data etc
Exit management
Coordinating Employee engagement activities.
Proficiency in MS Excel.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills/Excellent skills in written & verbal communication.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on the meeting.
Education:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Applications, or related field.
