We are currently hiring for the position of Executive/Sr. Executive Talent Acquisition (C2H) and invite interested candidates to walk in for an interview to explore this exciting opportunity further.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: MBA in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  
• Experience: 25 years in Talent Acquisition or HR, with a preference for experience in IT Infrastructure hiring
  
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills
  
• Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  
• Organizational Skills: Attention to detail and excellent planning skills
  
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ATS platforms
  
• Recruitment Skills: Strong sourcing and candidate engagement abilities
  
• Passion for IT Hiring: A genuine interest in tech recruitment and talent strategy
  

Role Overview:

As an Executive in Talent Acquisition, you will play a key role in executing recruitment strategies, managing end-to-end hiring processes, and serving as the first point of contact for potential candidates. You will work collaboratively across departments and be instrumental in building strong, diverse teams that align with our company goals.
