Analyst I Talent Acquisition
Location: Mumbai
Role Purpose
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual who will play a critical role in supporting the recruitment and hiring processes within our organization. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a passion for talent acquisition. The successful candidate will assist in various aspects of the recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination, while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assist in the preparation of job postings and advertisements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Participate in recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus recruitment activities.
- Provide support in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to the recruitment process, including offer letter generation and background checks.
- Connect regularly with offered candidates to keep them engaged and informed throughout the pre-onboarding journey.
- Ensure that a healthy offer-to-join ratio is maintained.
Knowledge, Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations is a plus.
- HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
