Inviting applications for the role of [Management Trainee- Banking and Capital Markets (BCM)], In this role, you would be responsible for clearing FINRA certification and post clearance you are responsible to supervise sales practices of investment representatives on both pre-trade and post trade. Responsibilities Supervise sales practices of investment representatives Background of US Market functionalities Good understanding of financial products Open to rigorous studies (need to clear multiple FINRA Certifications) Ability to handle work pressure Should be open for learning & Feedback Ability to manage & prioritize deliverables Ability to be learn and apply new processes and tool Qualifications we seek in you!
