Key Responsibilities: Lead the product strategy and business development for Xtendra Clear/FS, seasonings, and flavors/ Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, with a focus on the QSR segment Drive revenue growth and profitability for the assigned region Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of product initiatives Oversee P&L, pricing strategy, and market penetration plans Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity Provide technical guidance to clients and internal teams on product applications Collaborate with R&D and marketing for product development and positioning Qualifications: B.Tech / M.Tech in Food Technology Experience: Minimum 10-15 years of experience in technical sales and business leadership within the food ingredients industry Strong exposure to frying applications and product development for QSRs Proven track record in managing large regional B2B clients Experience in leading teams and handling P&L responsibilities Preferred Background: Candidates with experience in antioxidants or related product lines will be given preference,
