- Job Title: Product Head Location: Pune/Mumbai, India Job Summary We at Arges Global are looking for a Product Head to join our team in India (Pune/Mumbai). After 7 years of successful operations with 6 office locations across the globe, a technology solutions provider specializing in Intelligent Process Automation (IPA) has decided to embark into expanding its operations in Pune/Mumbai. In addition to its solution sales, ARGES GLOBAL will be focusing on product development that will solve some of the chronic problems for its clients, which are now across various industry domains. We will be building our Development Center in India (Pune OR Mumbai) and will be hiring a Product Head, who will be the main anchor to build the product and a dynamic team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about developing scalable and innovative solutions for the real-world, solving large-scale problems for our B2B and enterprise customers. We want someone deeply passionate about architectural innovation and building solutions that are customer-centric and enhancing customer experience. What would you do Develop great enterprise solutions and experience building B2B apps Actively define the architecture strategy around frameworks, technologies and infrastructure aligned to the client and enterprise strategy. Build proofs-of-concept and prototypes that can be used to demonstrate the impact of technology in realising the objectives for our end client and their vision. Evolve the architecture, adhere to milestones, and deliver in a dynamic environment while working with multiple stakeholders Build a close-knit team of passionate engineers in ARGES GLOBAL, and work closely with the extended Partner teams to identify and define business problems Seamlessly stitch technologies with processes to enhance client and ARGES GLOBAL ecosystem experience Deliver high-quality product to agreed milestones via Agile methodology. You empathise with each and every player in the value chain and believe in creating win-win solutions for all You are a Team player and can easily work and manage teams across multiple cultures and multiple locations Who were looking for: At least 8~10 years of total experience in the Technology space with 6 years managing large deliveries and teams and Project Management experience. Experience of having worked in AI/ML/IPA/NLG/ Data Science / Advanced Analytics/ Deep Learning of at least 6 years Hands-on technical expert with at least 2 -3 years in Product Development, 2 years in Project Management and 3 to 5 years of Presales / Solution Architect. Hands-on Experience with Languages & Frameworks like Python, Java, PHP, Ruby, etc. Frameworks like Angular, Spring, Django, Node.js, Vue.js, etc. Should have been in leadership roles and has mentored teams towards successful development, deliveries and team building Should have dealt with real-life use cases of Automation based solutions for the industry in at least one major domain like BFSI or Manufacturing. Past experience as a professionally employed team leader / self-employed/ entrepreneur or similar roles successfully building Automation solutions for enterprises and B2B clients. Work with a diverse team of individuals across multiple nationalities and cultures who are focusing on enterprise-wide solutions and eliminate the non-value add tasks. ARGES GLOBAL leadership team has very senior client industry connects which gives every ARGES GLOBAL employee exposure and platform to interface, mingle and interact with some of the industry visionaries We partner with business units on specific initiatives, but also run our own initiatives, and research the effects of disruptive trends in the industry. Please include in your application/cover letter/portfolio: Any gigs you have done in the past few years in the AI/ML, blockchain, Analytics, analytics modelling space. Any relevant experience in enterprise solutioning, apps development, & CPQ apps. Your personal initiatives in organising group experiences for your team or family or batchmates or locality.
