Job Description
-
Ensure effective gate security control as per standard operating procedures to protect plant property and personnel.

Maintain zero thefts and vehicular incidents through vigilant supervision.
-
Oversee manpower deployment and ensure security staffing levels are met through coordination with service providers.
-
Monitor and manage material gate operations, including raw materials, finished goods, and packing material movement.
-
Track and document returnable and non-returnable gate passes.
-
Build and maintain positive relationships with local and government authorities, including police and fire departments.
-
Prepare agreements, purchase orders, and bills, and ensure timely processing.
-
Submit reports promptly in accordance with internal deadlines.
-
Train security personnel on emergency procedures and plant security protocols.
-
Ensure adherence to security manuals and conduct regular audits of security practices.
-
Zero security incidents or thefts.
-
100% compliance with gate control protocols.
-
Timely and accurate reporting.

Effective liaison with external authorities.

Adequate and well-trained security manpower on-site.

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or Arts (B.Com / BBA / BA)

1 - 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or hospitality environment

Experience in security supervision and managing third-party security staff

Exposure to process-driven environments

Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to train staff in emergency response and plant safety practices

Strong communication skills
-
Fluency in Marathi (both reading and writing)

Proactive in collecting and responding to security-related intelligence
