 Trainee Apprentice - Product Support Specialist

Job Description

  • Learn and assist in monitoring support queues (phone, email, Chat, and ticketing system)
  • Support in documenting customer issues and resolutions in the internal ticketing tool
  • Help with basic troubleshooting of DeliverHealth applications and technologies under guidance
  • Assist in setup and configuration of desktops, printers, and mobile devices
  • Shadow and learn from experienced support team members on live issue resolution
  • Participate in scheduled training sessions and complete all assigned learning modules
  • Practice and follow company data privacy, information security, and support protocols
  • Provide timely updates on assigned tasks and escalate issues as necessary
Required Skills Attributes:
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written
  • Basic understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365
  • Willingness to learn basic troubleshooting, remote desktop tools, and mobile platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and a customer-centric mindset
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Eagerness to work in a collaborative and diverse support team
Educational Qualification:
  • Recent graduate or final-year students pursuing a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any related field
  • Candidates with basic knowledge of technical support concepts are encouraged to apply
