Role & responsibilities


  • Verification of customer documentation
  • To check and verify customers credentials and feed them correctly in database
  • Proficiency in identifying the fraudulent/fake/forged documents
  • Being meticulous and accurate when verifying documents and information
  • Understanding and following proper procedures for verifying information according to the client requirement
  • To meet Key Performance Indicators and associated Service Level Agreement with best quality results
  • The verification associates are responsible for ensuring compliance with and executing the entire verification process
  • Manage daily activities and able to meet deadlines
  • Maintain high level of Accuracy and productivity
