Job Description

Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
Lead generation, interacting with potential clients, conversions
Onboarding and documentation formalities
Daily tasks allocation and monitoring
Getting Employee time sheets filled and checking them
Conducting employee onboarding and help plan training & development
