As an Operations Manager, you will oversee a high-performing team responsible for managing a blended department that handles a variety of communication channels, including calls, emails, chats, and back-office work. All work types in this department are regulated and require a high level of complexity and attention to detail. You will work directly with Team Leaders, ensuring that the department meets service level agreements (SLAs), adheres to industry regulations, and operates efficiently. The role requires you to foster a professional and positive working environment while maintaining a strong focus on achieving operational excellence, meeting SLA targets, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong and consistent communication with clients, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
Experience in collections and fraud management is a plus, with an understanding of risk mitigation and regulatory compliance.
