Responsibilities Split Program Management with virtual teams (30%) - 1. Overall supervision of various technology/business initiatives and deliverables tracking with special emphasis on a. Discussions with key stakeholders and product owners to understand requirements and ensure everyone is fully briefed on key deliverables and a win plan for each opportunity b. Assembling a core team to translate business requirements into solutions using technology, data and infrastructure c. Review of technology roadmap with team members, stakeholders and collaborators to resolve open items within agreed timelines d. Monitoring and publication of key insights, milestones, unique and compelling enhancement value proposition and next steps to stakeholders and product owners 2. Facilitate discussions proactively and build senior and strategic relationships through delivery excellence 3. Hold master drafts of artifacts, proposals and presentations after performing final reviews to ensure accurate capture of information 4. Assist with the development of templates related to best practices, improved systems and processes for measuring successes 5. Close cooperation with the global teams regarding knowledge-sharing, technology and business metrices 6. Work independently through prior subject matter expertise in techno-functional consulting and program management

Saving Framework & Process Digitization (30%) - 1. Responsible for extracting, building and maintaining useful KPIs and benchmarks related to technology enhancement while working with finance, MIS, technology reporting teams and internal platforms and databases 2. Perform quantitative and qualitative business and data analysis 3. Use digital tools (data, technology, cloud, NLP, etc.) to bring out enhancement on a continuous basis Team Management (40%) Train & mentor juniors Skills-1. Written and verbal communication in English 2. Strong problem solving and analytical skills 3. Experienced team manager 4. Strong understanding in business optimization framework and techniques 5. Demonstrated experience in handling technology ROI framework 6. Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel 7. Experience on project management tools 8. Knowledge of AWS/Azure, SaaS, product (functional and technical) design, digital frameworks, HL7, FHIR, EMR and EHR 9. US Healthcare value chain of Payers and Providers
