Data Scientist @ NEXWARE

Job Description

• Collaborate with Business Partners:
• Execute data vision strategy and provide thought leadership to business.
• Develop analytical tools and capabilities to enable data query and respond to requests.
• Deliver Advanced Analytics and Models:
• Apply advanced statistical techniques (especially AB testing) and machine learning models.
• Research new modeling methods and experiment designs.
• Data Exploration:
• Ingest, cleanse, and profile large structured and unstructured datasets.
• Generate consumer insights from big data.
• Data Visualization and Storytelling:
• Use various tools/technologies to visualize and storyline insights 
• Recommend strategies in technical and non-technical language.

Qualifications:

• Required:
• Bachelors degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• Proficiency in Python (2+ years) and SQL (3-4+ years).
• Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib).
• Strong understanding of statistical methods and machine learning techniques.
• Ability to work with large datasets and cloud-based platforms (AWS).
• Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, and communication skills.
• Preferred:
• Masters degree in Data Science or related field.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Dash/Shiny frameworks, Git, Apache Airflow, and AWS SageMaker
