Job Description

Study the Commercial Terms & Conditions of the tender.

Handling post tender clarification

Establishing contact with client and suppliers

Rate analysis of major items

Win Loss Analysis

Pre-Bid Meeting with Customer/Consultant for optimization of Layout & BOQ / Technical Issues

Identifying opportunities for company's business in India & Africa, making JVs
Arranging to prepare a technically compliant Bid
Understanding price levels & competition
Devising a suitable pricing strategy
Ensuring submission of a winning Bid
Preparing suitable tools for managing data base
Generating MIS and SOPs for Tendering business
Making final Price Schedules and providing the same for discussions with Senior Management

 

Desired profile of the candidate
Must be ready to work in multiple roles
Good coordination and follow up skills are required
Willing to travel and work at office as well as project sites
Work Experience in Domestic or International will an added advantage.

Qualification & Certification
Bachelors degree (Electrical Engineering Background)
