Job Description

• Prepare proposals for new initiatives & programs for portfolio monitoring.
• Monitoring EV product, CSC business in all quality parameters like FEMI, NS, Finance matrix etc.
• Allocation and monitoring of DDF portfolio.
• Audit all performance parameters, policy compliance, triggers and minimize error by building system capability.
• Design scheme for proposed IRR, access all field requests for scheme offering, competition scheme offering & submit proposal to management.
• Coordination with field sales team for all HO initiatives, maintaining dashboard of all performance KPIs & completion of tasks in timely manner.
• Preparation of reports & dashboards for KPI performance tracking & data management.
• Cross functional co-ordination with various department and sales support to field team.
