- Role Summary:- An opportunity to lead the Digital Product Innovation & Development function.The role is accountable for development and deployment of new apps both web and mobile for an NBFC focused on launching digital financing and servicing. This is a senior IT role with a reputed NBFC with focus on Digital sourcing, Sales Force enablement and analytics. Essential Responsibilities:- As the Digital Product Head Innovation & Development, the candidate will be reporting to the CIO and will be responsible for: Leading the Digital Product Development initiatives across all products offered online across the web and mobile space Liaising with the technology and implementation teams for product roll outs Supporting the Heads and C-Level executives to create and deliver an operational plan within the digital product space Partnering with the Heads of various businesses/ functions on the strategic and operational opportunities within the digital product space Making sure that the digital performance is achieved by liaising with multiple functional stakeholders General Qualifications: Degree educated in Information Technology BE/ BTech Any other IT certifications (Agile etc.) Have hands-on experience in developing mobile and web based products from scratch and liaising closely with technology and business teams Experience: The candidate should have 10+ years of relevant experience in Digital Product Innovation, Development and Implementation on the online Platforms in the Financial Services sector preferably the Consumer and Retail segment Experience in Digital Product Innovation, Development and Implementation on the online Platforms - across Mobile App with an e-commerce / m-commerce company Good understanding of online user behaviors and trends High level of awareness on the Fin-tech space and new innovations Understanding of multi-tenant IT architecture to support such apps Open source technology expertise and hands on experience May have good knowledge of Consumer / Retail banking products across Business loans, SME Loans, Unsecured and Vehicle loans Should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in addition to efficient stakeholder management skills Desired Characteristics Good knowledge of the technology innovations in the e-commerce space Understanding of technology platforms and hands on experience with launching such apps that have achieved scale with usage of open source platforms Experience with a startup is an added advantage Required Skills and Experience Industry: IT/Computers-Software Role: Digital Leader key Skills : Product Development IT Architecture Digital Product Innovation Implementation on the online Platforms Mobile App with an e - commerce m - commerce Fin - Tech multi - tenant IT architecture Analytics SFDC Digital Financing Education : B.E/B.Tech Email ID: hidden_email,
