Job details Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India Job Category: Information Systems Job Number: WDhidden_mobile7 Job Description Job Title: Senior Analyst Automation Testing Job Location: Bangalore Job Description: JCI is seeking a detail-oriented Senior Analyst Automation Testing with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our testing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and executing automated tests to ensure the quality and performance of our Oracle Fusion application as well as supporting systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance testing processes and provide insights on software quality. Key Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts for various applications and systems. Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand requirements and develop testing strategies. Execute automated test cases and analyze results to identify defects and improve test coverage. Participate in test case review to establish automation feasibility and provide feedback on test case automatability Document testing processes, results, and defects in a clear and concise manner. Continuously improve automation frameworks and processes for efficiency and effectiveness. Provide training and support to junior team members on testing methodologies and tools. Stay updated with the latest testing tools and automation trends to enhance the testing strategy. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in automation testing or software testing Proficiency in automation testing tools such as Worksoft (Certify & Continuous Testing Manager), Selenium, QTP, or similar frameworks. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
