Senior Test Engineer - Automation Testing @ Tech Mahindra

Job Description

Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Senior Test Engineer to join our team at Mystique AI Inc., where you will be testing our cutting-edge Gen AI-based automation platform. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in automation testing, a strong understanding of AI-based workflows, and experience with CI/CD pipelines for MLOps. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our platform through intelligent automation and advanced testing strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with a strong focus on Automation Testing. Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium or similar. Strong understanding of CI/CD tools and processes (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps). Proficiency in API testing using tools like Postman, REST-assured, or similar. Experience with scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, or Java) for test automation. Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus. Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication Qualifications : Experience with cloud-based application testing (AWS, Azure, GCP). Hands-on experience with performance and load testing tools (JMeter, Gatling). Familiarity with AI-driven test generation platforms such as Qodos TestGPT, Functionize testGPT, or similar LLM-powered testing frameworks. (ref:hirist.tech),
