Role: Bioinformatics Intern
Duration: [6 to 12 months]

Degree : Any Life Science Graduates or Master Degree

Responsibilities:

Conduct literature reviews on microbial metabolites/ metagenomic/ Neuro imaging

Pre process public microbiome datasets using QIIME2.

Document pipelines for reproducibility.


Requirements:

Pursuing a degree in bio informatics /computational biology or passed out.

Literature review skills and data curation

Python/R and command-line experience.

Strong organizational skills.

Dedicated 8 hrs a day to this project
