Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver customer assistance via live chat in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate resolutions to customer queries
• Manage 34 chat interactions at once with focus and clarity
  
  

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 6 months of experience in International Chat Support
• Typing speed of at least 35 WPM with 90%+ accuracy
• Ready to join immediately
• Candidates who are currently studying or serving notice will not be considered
• No leaves permitted during the first six months
• Willing to work in night or graveyard shifts as per operational requirements
