Job Description:
We are hiring a confident and energetic Telecaller for our client in the Solar Energy sector. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, and explaining solar products and franchise opportunities to potential customers.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound/inbound calls using company-provided leads
• Explain solar products and franchise models to prospects
• Schedule appointments and maintain strong follow-ups
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Candidate Profile:

• Strong communication in Hindi and basic English
• Positive attitude and persuasive approach
• Freshers and experienced candidates (up to 2 years) welcome
• Confident, customer-friendly, and goal-oriented mindset
