Job Description

Role Overview:
You will be responsible for processing refund requests received via BSP (Billing and Settlement Plan), ensuring accurate calculations, and updating records before crediting passengers or staff.

Required Candidate profile

Strong PNR reading & interpretation (Amadeus GDS preferred).
Experience in BSP/ARC refund processing (airline/travel agency/GDS background).
Knowledge of refund rules, fare filing, and tax structures.
