Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Review and analyze content created by users on the platform, ensuring it meets community guidelines and standards.
  
• Identify and flag potentially harmful or inappropriate content for removal.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for improving content quality and user engagement.
  
• Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in content creation, moderation, and review.
  
• Provide feedback to developers on features related to content management systems.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in content creation, editing, review, or strategy development.
  
• Proficiency in Spanish language (written) required; knowledge of English also necessary.
  
• Experience working with online communities or social media platforms preferred.
