Job Description

Responsible for hiring, developing and driving sales from Top Financial Advisors/Financial Distributors of competition thereby driving revenue for Agency Channel.
Understand the Top Advisor/ Business Associate value proposition, onboarding process.

Required Candidate profile

- BFSI Experience: At least 5 years of sales experience , including 3 years in life insurance
- Business Volume: Managed 30-50 lakhs in the last financial year.
- Passionate towards Sales.
